The SEAL Challange
|
This is a challenging leadership seminar by and with the
adventurers and Norwegian Navy SEALs (marinejegerne) Rune Gjeldnes and
Torry Larsen. The seminar will take place in mountainous Trollheimen,
and last for three days. This shall be a positive sidestep for the
normal life, which will give all participants lots of different
challenges. All of it can be related to work situations and taken back
to the daily business. Our ambition is to strengthen the team spirit
between the different personalities in one group or leaders, and your
self-trough in an exiting way. Our customers are leader groups.
The participants will be tried and tested in:
· Physical and Psychological challenges
· Leadership (Practice in field & lecture)
· Co-operation (Practice in field & lecture)
· Problem handling in stressed situations
· Motivation
· Winner spirit
· Living in uncertainties
· Getting to know yourself and colleges (Weak and strong sides)
· Social (Good meals and drinks, strong scenery, experiences and
teamwork)
· Plus much, much more!
